Witch's Shop: Brew Sudoku terms of use

The rules for using the app.

Last updated: 3 October 2026.

Licence

On iPhone and iPad, the app is licensed to you under Apple's standard license agreement for apps (the "standard EULA"). Read it here: Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

On Android, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the app on your own devices, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms and Google Play's terms.

Who can use the app

The game is not intended for anyone under 16. Do not use it if you are under 16.

Ads and in-app purchases

The game is free to play, with ads and optional in-app purchases: removing ads, coin packs, a starter pack and cosmetic items such as ingredient sets, board looks and rooms. There is no subscription. Purchases are processed by the store, and you can restore the ones you own.

Coins and cosmetic items are for use in the game only. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are tied to your store account.

When you buy digital content you ask for it to be delivered straight away. Once delivery starts you may lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, as the store tells you at checkout. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Please ask them, using the App Store or Google Play help for your purchase.

Using the game

Play for fun and in good faith. Do not cheat by tampering with the app, its data or its purchases, do not copy or reverse engineer it except where the law allows, and do not use it to harm others or the service. We may update, change or stop the game, and we will try to give notice of changes that matter.

Our responsibility

We make the game as is and aim to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will always run without errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the game or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or on this page before it applies.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes go to the courts of Lisbon. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

To make a complaint, email support@gryfi.app. We aim to reply within 1 business day. You can also file a complaint in the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico (the Portuguese electronic complaints book), or contact the consumer authority in your country.
